Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on USA orders over US$50.

For orders below US$50, shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day after payment is confirmed.

For personalized, custom, preorder, or made-to-order items, processing times may be longer. The estimated timeline will be stated on the product page or shared with you during the order process.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 7–20 business days, depending on the product type, shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after it has been issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

YOLO Mahjong is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damaged or missing components so we can assist you.

For eligible cases involving manufacturing defects, damaged items, or missing tiles/accessories, we will review the matter and assist with a suitable replacement or resolution.

Preorder Items

For preorder items, the estimated shipping timeline will be stated on the relevant product page.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not ready to ship immediately and will be dispatched according to the estimated production and fulfilment schedule.
