About the Tiles
What type of mahjong tiles do you sell — American or Chinese?
Our tiles are designed forAmerican Mahjong. Each set includes 166 tiles, which follows the standard American Mahjong format complete with Jokers. The tile fronts follow traditional Chinese mahjong designs for an authentic cultural gameplay experience.
What material are the tiles made of?
Our tiles are made from high-quality acrylic, printed using UV printing technology for vibrant, durable designs. Each tile measures 1.4" x 1.0" x 0.6".
What is included in each set?
Each YOLO Mahjong set includes:
- 166 acrylic mahjong tiles
- Dice
- Your choice of storage: Bag Set or Box Set
How do I care for my tiles?
Acrylic tiles are easy to maintain. Simply wipe them down with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the surface or affect the UV print

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage — stay tuned by joining our mailing list.
How long does delivery take?
Processing and delivery times vary by product:
- Mahjong Tiles (Ready Stock) — within 20 working days
- Mahjong Tiles (Pre-Order) — please refer to the specific pre-order listing for estimated dates
- Mahjong Mats — within 10 working days
- Card Covers — within 10 working days
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all US orders over US$50.
Personalization & Custom Orders
Can I personalize a set?
Yes! We offer personalized mahjong sets for individual orders — perfect for birthdays, weddings, housewarmings, and special gifts. We can customize the back of the tiles with initials, names, dates, monograms, or simple artwork. The tile fronts will use our standard YOLO Mahjong design so the set remains easy to play.

Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
Yes — we offer fully customized corporate mahjong sets for companies, brands, and event organizers. Corporate orders can include custom designs on both the front and back of the tiles, with options for engraving, UV printing, custom packaging, and matching accessories.
Suitable for corporate gifting, VIP client gifts, brand launches, campaign merchandise, and event giveaways.

After Your Purchase
What if a tile arrives damaged or is missing?
We stand behind the quality of every set. If any tile arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@yolomahjong.com with a photo and your order details. We will arrange a replacement tile for you.
Please note that we are unable to replace tiles that have been lost after delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your order arrives with a defect, reach out to us within a reasonable timeframe with photos and we'll make it right. For full details, please read our Refund Policy.
