YOLO Mahjong was founded by two Singaporean couple with a shared love for Chinese culture, storytelling and mahjong. 

Growing up, mahjong was a game played by our grandmothers — one that brought families together. Today, we are proud to see this game with Chinese roots connecting people across cultures and generations.

We believe a mahjong set can become a piece of heritage: something treasured, played and passed down together with its stories. Starting with Chinese literature and culture, each YOLO Mahjong collection is built around a story, with future collections exploring beloved stories from around the world.

For us, mahjong is a bridge between cultures, generations and stories. YOLO Mahjong is our way of celebrating where the game came from while imagining where it can go next.
