Returns & Exchanges
We keep things simple.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We encourage you to take a moment before purchasing to make sure the set feels right for you.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at hello@yolomahjong.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review and make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Tile Replacement
If a tile breaks after use:
- For current sets, we’ll try to provide a replacement tile
- For older designs, we’ll do our best to find a match
Shipping Notes
Once your order is handed to the courier, delays or losses are outside our control.
For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
